I thought I would wait a couple of months and a couple of rainstorms to give my review. Going back to the actual week of work: that was amazing. Here I was having my entire basement ripped up which could cause a certain degree of stress. Angel arrives and takes charge. What followed was five guys moving heaven and earth to get my leaky mess fixed. We have a huge basement and it was filled with all the stuff from four kids and lots of sports. Most needed to be removed. Just that alone was a huge project eventually filling two of the largest dumpsters. Yes that included the walls and stairs that were removed. But instead of the chaos I imagined it was all performed like some lovely dance. Ultimately we were sad to see the crew leave. As for the work. Our house sits on the top of a very tall hill. The basement should not flood but with rising water tables and other maddening effects of climate change our basement was flooding regularly, the water seeping through the concrete walls. Mold was forming. Our house smelled like mildew. Our basement is now a clean space that does not flood. They left it impeccably clean and orderly. They even removed a dead freezer that had been sitting there dead for twenty five years! The work was amazing. And it worked. It has rain plenty since then and the basement is dry as a bone. I love this company. I would one hundred percent recommend them. It was definitely a great experience.

This past winter, I purchased a small cottage in the Lakes Region of New Hampshire and, when the spring thaw hit, the basement flooded. I knew the water table was high in the neighborhood in which the cottage was located but I thought the sump pump in place would keep water intrusion to a minimum. Great team at 603. From the office people to the estimator (Corey) to the installation crew lead by Angel, they have done two jobs for me in my basement. The first was an install of a new sump basin and pump last fall. I liked it so much that I had them come back this July and install a replacement basin and pump (for an old sump and pump that was aging and at least 20 years old) for the other side of my basement. Nice job. They were on time and cleaned-up. Everything appears to be in great shape although it hasn't rained so I can see how the pump is working. I don't expect issues as the first pump has worked well. I highly recommend 603.

My husband and I can’t say enough great things about 603 Basement Solutions and their employees. After having two incidents of water in our basement in the early spring of last year, we knew that we had to do something better than dealing with it manually by ourselves. We researched a few companies and ended up getting two quotes. We selected 603 and couldn’t be happier with our choice. Chris came out and explained in detail his recommended solution, (a perimeter drain and sump pump system), and also addressed or radon concerns offering a radon mitigation system as well. Angel and Gerald showed up and jackhammered the entire perimeter trench and installed the sump pump system on the first day. They returned on day two, (with Ricky), and removed all of the buckets of concrete rubble to dispose of and then installed the perimeter drain itself and cemented over the trench. Branden also came and installed the radon mitigation system in less than a day. Every member of 603 team was extremely courteous and hardworking and knowledgeable in explaining their work. There was still a few inches of snow on the (frozen) ground outside so 603 scheduled a date to come back and bury the outside portion of the sump pump drain, (which they just completed). We have seen the sump pump in action after all of the recent rain and it has worked like a charm. All in all the entire experience was terrific and it was a pleasure dealing with everyone at 603. Part of the reason we wanted to waterproof our basement was with the thought of finishing it at some point in the future. We will not hesitate to reach out to 603 for that project as well when the time comes.

I initially called 603 Basement Solutions when my basement was flooding during a recent rainstorm. Brenden came out and put a temporary solution in place. He explained options for a permanent sump pump system. He handed me off to Justin for scheduling. The installation crew - Gerald, John, and Kelvin came out several days later. 603 basement solutions was one of 5 companies I evaluated for a large eye beam replacement, the job was complex and required engineering plans and the town's involvement. 603 had the best price and came off the most professional by a large margin. The job took a total of 2 months because of town delays but when it came to their part they knocked it out of the park. I have an old field stone foundation that needed some repair and due to some settling in one corner there was crumbling. They repaired the damage and took care of other trouble areas as well as installing a lally column to prevent further settling. I realized my radon mitigation fan was no longer functioning efficiently so I called 603 basement Solutions. 603 Basement Solutions was a great company to work with for radon mitigation for a home on a slab foundation. My first call was with Marisha who had patience to explain the process, like it wasn't their millionth time doing so. The next week after we closed on the house, a call with Jayna scheduled Liam for the initial inspection and estimate and he worked with us to design the plan for our home. The lead time was three weeks after that to get it installed. Brandon called ahead with an ETA on the day of and was super kind, courteous and easy to work with. They did such a neat and tidy job, drilling the slab, installing the system very efficiently tucked behind a door, and filling a crack in the slab. We were thrilled at how clean and flawless the finished system looked. I REALLY appreciated their attention to detail. I feel like they took time to consider how to tuck and hide the small bits and bobs as much as possible. You know, when the finished product looks exactly how YOU would have done it, instead of thinking "why did they do it like that?" Or "I would have put that part over there so it wasn't sticking out". Nope. Great job, guys. They were sure to sweep and clean up and explained to us what to keep an eye on to tell the fan system was running properly. Most importantly, our radon level dropped within 24 hours from 11.3 pCi/L to 0.48 pCi/L! Hopefully, we won't die of lung cancer quite as fast now.

Gerald and his crew did an excellent job, first cleaning out all the debris and the dislodged insulation in the crawlspace. they were very communicative and understood my concerns and handled them professionally. When they were finished laying the sublayment and the top vinyl covering, carefully taping all the seams they put insulating foam around the perimeter, sealing the top of the vinyl. Gerald communicated two issues that were not part of the contract that I will subsequently take care of myself. Great job, very satisfied.

Experience matters. Technical ability is critical. I had a time sensitive water issue and it was complicated. The basement was finished with tile floors and framed drywall walls. It was important to avoid unnecessary damage. There were several unpredictable factors associated with the water coming into my finished basement. The people at this company really know what they are doing, they diagnosed the issues and came up with the right solutions. They responded fast. They left my finished basement in great shape, and no more water. Its rare nowadays to find people you can really trust to make sure the job gets done right and on time.
