The wall vapor barrier is a 12-mil sheet on the walls. It stops vapor and surface seepage from ever touching your finished space, and it routes drips down into the drain.

You might not need the whole system yet

If you have one hairline crack and a dry floor, you may just need a crack injection, which runs around $1,000 to $3,000.
